The Road To Freedom

The Road To Freedom
Book Introduction:
Whether you want to escape from a troubling home environment, burn the credit cards that hold you hostage, or retire early someday, your liberation is possible through financial freedom. Joseph M. Scott, the author of The Road to Freedom, has developed a framework for financial independence based on principles that were handed down to him from his great-great-grandparents, who were enslaved people.
His story starts in the segregated South in the fifties and sixties, when schools and restaurants were designated for either white or black citizens, and powerful men tried to intimidate him from pursuing a college education.
So, with those challenges, how did Joe, a boy who picked cotton in the sweltering fields of Louisiana, transition to become president of a major bank in Detroit? By listening to his parent’s advice, he built a significant reserve of savings that ultimately made him untouchable in the corporate world. And this type of freedom—financial freedom—ensured that no one could force him into doing something he didn’t want to do.
Read The Road to Freedom and discover how Joseph M. Scott stunned bank executives, colleagues, and his community by using “The Financial Freedom Principles” to retire comfortably at the age of 53 to live life on his own terms.
